Analisis Determinan Faktor Risiko Kejadian Infeksi Virus Hepatitis B pada Ibu Hamil

Abstract

Ibu hamil merupakan kelompok berisiko terpapar infeksi Virus Hepatitis B (VHB) akibat penurunan aktivitas sel T. Tujuan penelitian melihat hubungan antar faktor risiko, penentuan faktor dominan dan angka probabilitas faktor risiko terhadap kejadian infeksi VHB. Metode penelitian Case Control menggunakan pendekatan retrospective melibatkan 133 kasus dan 534 kontrol dengan analisis regresi logistic ganda dan uji Somerd’s. Hasil penelitian prevalensi kejadian infeksi VHB 2,57%, variabel yang berhubungan yaitu usia, paritas, LILA, penyakit anemia dan tempat tinggal dengan usia (p: 0,000) (OR 1,608) sebagai faktor dominan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini ibu hamil yang berusia 16-40 tahun berisiko terinfeksi VHB akibat aktivitas seksual, kehamilan, persalinan yang dapat menjadi pintu masuk VHB.
