Faktor Determinan Pengembangan Jenjang Karir Perawat Di RSUD Pasar Minggu Jakarta Selatan

Abstract

Seorang pegawai dalam bekerja khususnya perawat ada keinginan  untuk mengembangkan dirinya khusunya dalam karir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi  faktor pengembangan karir perawat dengan pengembangan  jenjang karir perawat di RSUD Pasar Minggu Jakarta Selatan. Desain penelitian secara kuantitatif dengan pendekatan  cross sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan periode bulan April sampai Juni 2019, pada 116 responden perawat pelaksana yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Alat penelitian menggunakan kuesioner pernyataan faktor pengembangan karir dan jenjang karir. Analisa data menggunakan regresi linier berganda pada CI 95%. Hasil analisis didapat faktor penentu utama pengembangan karir adalah kebijakan dalam organisasi (β +2,810), diikuti oleh prestasi kerja (β +2,435), mentor-sponsor (β +1,240),  budaya  organisasi (β +1,213), jejaring kerja (β +0,946), sistem penghargaan (β -0,812), dan peluang untuk pertumbuhan karir  (β -0,862). Secara simultan  keseluruhan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor-faktor pengembangan karir dengan pengembangan jenjang karir perawat di RSUD Pasar Minggu Jakarta Selatan (p = 0,000). Diharapkan pimpinan manajemen dapat menerbitkan kebijakan yang menguntungkan perawat untuk memfasilitasi perawat dalam pengembangan jenjang karir sesuai Permenkes RI Nomor 40/2017.
